After the steps of blanking, drilling, laser cutting, etc., it is necessary to weld afterwards. The welding of titanium materials mainly adopts the method of argon arc welding, and only the same materials can be welded together. The welding method of the board and the tube is to use spot welding to fix it first, and then the welding is full, but only the spot welding can be performed for the net. Titanium anodes and titanium meshes are common materials required by titanium anode customers.
After the welding is completed, we will treat the surface of the titanium material, which is mainly a process of spraying onto the surface of the titanium substrate by means of compressed air power through a sand blasting machine. Sand material is sprayed onto the substrate for impact grinding to remove impurities, noise and oxide layers on the surface. At the same time, the sand blasting machine roughens the surface of the titanium substrate and increases the effective contact area of the titanium surface. The purpose of this is to strengthen the coating and The adhesion of the titanium surface.
The points that should be paid attention to when blasting are: The pitting and pitting of the spray should be uniform, and the spraying cannot be missed or sprayed repeatedly in some places.
Annealing is a metal heat treatment process that slowly heats the metal to a certain temperature for a sufficient time, and then cools at a suitable rate. Simply speaking, through annealing treatment, we can make the titanium material achieve the purpose of straightening.
When blanking, some materials themselves are bent or deformed, we can use some methods and tools to make simple corrections, so that it does not unduly affect the next work. However, after the local high temperature of welding and the air pressure of sandblasting, the deformation of the titanium substrate will be obvious.
Place the board (mesh) on a very thick steel plate, requiring it to be leveled and aligned with the corners. Titanium anode plates (some titanium cathode plates need to be used for conducting, so they also need to be coated with precious metals), after drying, enter the furnace that has reached a certain temperature and keep it out for a certain period of time to let it naturally cool and oxidize. Then enter the next procedure.
Repeat the procedure: brushing, drying, heating and cooling, and cooling.
