In the gold plating process, the conventional alkaline CN-based gold plating process uses a pure gold plate as an anode. With the development of modern gold plating process, neutral and acidic gold plating liquids have appeared, which are not dissolved by pure gold anodes, and are gradually replaced by insoluble anodes due to the high price of pure gold anodes. In the production practice, in order to obtain a thick gold-plated pure gold layer, a platinum-plated titanium mesh anode and a noble metal-coated titanium anode have achieved good results. After the electrified titanium anode anode is electrified, an electrolytic reaction occurs, generating a large amount of electrons. The gold ions in the plating solution get electrons, and are deposited on the cathode sheet by an electric field to obtain a gold plating layer. Titanium-based coating insoluble anodes have also gained great application in the electroplating industry.
Gold-plated titanium anode:
1, substrate: GR1
2, coating: platinum, lanthanide, lanthanide
3, Specifications: customers commonly used mesh conventional anodes, can also be customized according to the actual conditions of the aqueduct.
4, process: plating, painting, sintering, etc.
5. At a certain current density and appropriate anode-anode spacing (25-30 cm), the color of the gold-plated layer is golden yellow, the color is bright, and the plating effect is good.
