The method for removing scale on the surface of a titanium anode for electrolytic copper foil comprises the following steps:
1) The titanium anode covered with scale is fully immersed in a mixed solution of sodium chloride and calcium chloride to make the scale loose, and then the loose scale is brushed off;
2) The titanium anode subjected to the previous treatment is fully immersed in a reducing agent solution, and then washed with a brush;
3) The titanium anode subjected to the previous treatment is placed in a mixed solution of the complexing agent and the penetrating agent, and fully immersed, and then washed with a brush. The method of the invention has low energy consumption, low cost, simple operation and mild conditions, and can effectively remove the scale on the surface of the titanium anode for the electrolytic copper foil without destroying the precious metal coating on the anode surface. It can effectively extend the service life of the anode in the production of electrolytic copper foil.
