ASTM B265 titanium plate factory 1mm 2mm 3mm
Titanium is known as “space metal”, and can maintain high strength and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range of -253 ℃ ~ 500 ℃. Titanium is also known as “biophilic metal”. At the bone damage, use titanium splint and titanium bone nail to fix it. In a few months, the bone will grow in the titanium splint and the thread of the titanium bone nail, and the new muscle will be wrapped in the titanium splint. “Titanium bones” are like real bones, and even titanium artificial bones can be used to replace bones to treat fractures.

Craftsmanship:
Hot forging is a forging process performed above the metal recrystallization temperature.
Hot rolling is a rolling process performed above the recrystallization temperature.
Cold rolling rolling process where the plastic deformation temperature is lower than the recovery temperature.
Annealing: A metal heat treatment process that slowly heats the metal to a certain temperature for a sufficient time, and then cools at an appropriate rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling).
Pickling: Immerse the product in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid or the like to remove thin films such as oxides on the metal surface. It is the pretreatment or intermediate treatment of electroplating, enamel, rolling and other processes.
Executive standard: GB / T 3621-2007, GB / T 13810-2007, ASTM B265, ASTM F 67
Other requirements: the surface of the board is smooth, it can be bent and stamped.
Features: low density (4.51KG / m3), high melting point (1660 ℃), strong corrosion resistance, high specific strength, and good plasticity.
Application areas: aerospace, machinery, chemical, electrolysis, medical, sports and other industries.
