We produce various types of titanium anode plates. Today we mainly introduce the advantages of various types of titanium
1. Ruthenium titanium anode plate
Product superiority: high current efficiency (chlorine or oxygen evolution environment), excellent corrosion resistance, long electrode life, electrode specifications can be designed according to user needs, electrode matrix can be reused many times, and no pollution to the medium .
Application areas: chlor-alkali industry, sodium hypochlorite industry, sewage treatment industry, fresh water disinfection
2. Ruthenium iridium titanium anode plate
Product superiority: The anode size is stable, and the electrode spacing does not change during the electrolysis process, which can ensure that the electrolysis operation is carried out under the condition of stable cell voltage. The working voltage is low, the power consumption is small, and the consumption can be reduced by about 20%. Titanium anodes have a long working life. In the chlorine production industry by diaphragm method, metal anodes are resistant to corrosion by chlorine and alkali. It can overcome the dissolution problem of graphite anode and lead anode, avoid contamination of electrolyte and cathode products, and improve product quality. Can increase current density.
For example, in the production of chlor-alkali by the diaphragm method, the current density of the graphite electrode is 8A/M2; the titanium anode can be doubled up to 17A/M2; so in the case of the same electrolytic plant and electrolyzer, the output can be doubled . It has strong corrosion resistance and can work in many electrolytic media with strong corrosion and special requirements. It can avoid the short-circuit problem after the lead anode is deformed, thereby improving the current efficiency. The base titanium material can be used repeatedly.
Application areas: chlor-alkali industry, chlorine dioxide production, chlorate industry, hypochlorite industry, perchlorate production, hospital sewage treatment, persulfate production, food utensils disinfection, ion water production
3. Tantalum iridium titanium anode plate
Product superiority: The metal is electrolytically extracted in sulfuric acid solution, and oxygen is precipitated on the anode. It is a very important issue to choose the right anode material. The use of tantalum-iridium-coated titanium electrode has low oxygen overpotential and is not corroded by electrolyte. The iridium oxide coating shows excellent electrolytic durability. The initial anode potential is 1.51V, after 6000 hours, it is 1.64V, and the coating weight loss is 0mg/M2
When using lead-based alloy electrodes (containing Sb6%-15%, or containing Ag1%) in electrolytic production, the lead anode will dissolve, consume the anode material, affect the life of the anode, and the lead dissolved in the solution will be on the cathode The precipitation increases the lead impurity in the metal and reduces the quality of the product. Ruthenium-based coatings will be severely damaged under this working condition, so it is not suitable for use. The initial anode potential was 1.48V. After 1000 hours, it rose to 2.0V, and the anode had been passivated.
Application areas: electrolytic production of non-ferrous metals, food utensils disinfection, electrolytic silver catalyst production, wool spinning mill wastewater treatment, electrolytic method of manufacturing copper foil, steel plate galvanizing, chromium plating, electrolytic oxidation recovery of mercury, rhodium plating, palladium plating, gold plating, Water electrolysis, molten salt electrolysis, battery production, cathodic protection, ion water production, printed circuit boards.
